Church Consulting and Coaching

Lisa will meet with church leadership to customize a strategic plan based on determined goals. She will work with the church as a coach for a pre-determined amout of time. The itinerary for the time during the coaching phase:

Meeting weekly with church leadership

Meeting weekly with identified congregational individuals

Meeting weekly with congregational members who identify with having a disability and their families

Facilitate the Called to Be More: When the Church Becomes the Disability Ministry workshop

Facilitating church leadership in determining goals, benchmarks, and timelines for completion.
